Обов’язковою умовою є розташування АЗС на території Лубенського району, в радіусі 5 км. від місця знаходження замовника (смт. Оржиця, вул. Центральна, 3 Б),Талони на Товар повинні мати номінал 10 та 20 літрів. Поставка (передача) Талонів здійснюється в … впродовж 2024 року, регулярно 1 раз на місяць у період з 01.02.2024 р. до 31.12.2024 р. згідно Додатку 2 Договору. Постачальник гарантує заміну на один рік (в термін 10 робочих днів) невикористаних Замовником Талонів на пальне, строк дії яких закінчився, на інші Талони на пальне такого ж номіналу та кількості.
