Відділ культури Оболонської районної в місті Києві Державної адміністрації (далі - Замовник) планує здійснити закупівлю Електричної енергії, згідно з класифікатором CPV: ДК 021:2015 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія» (далі - Товар). Для здійснення закупівлі … необхідно: - Кількість Товару — 100 000 кВт/год; - Місце поставки Товару — Заклади культури Оболонського району м.Києва (17 установ) ; - Строк поставки Товару — 01.01.2024 -31.12.2024 р.; - Графік поставки Товару — цілодобово; - Умови оплати договору (порядок здійснення розрахунків, система надання знижок тощо) — відповідно до актів виконаних робіт; - Технічні особливості : При поданні своєї пропозиції Учасник має врахувати, що маржа учасника/постачальника не може бути величиною від’ємною . Ціна електричної енергії розраховується за формулою : Цфакт = (Цод+Т+М)*1,2; де: «Цфакт» – вартість електричної енергії за розрахунковий період; «Цод» – ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії. «Цод» для даної процедури закупівлі не може бути нижчою прогнозованої ціни РДН ОЕС, для даної закупівлі становить – 4,74587022 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ. Дане значення визначено як середньозважену ціну на РДН у торговій зоні Об'єднана Енергетична Система за грудень 2023 року – 4,10186 грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ за даними ДП «Оператор ринку», розміщеними на його веб-сайті www.oree.com.ua, з урахуванням індикатора діапазону можливого коливання ціни в періоді постачання. Замовник встановлює величину цього індикатора однакову для всіх Учасників. «Цод» не включає ПДВ, Т, К, М. «Т» – тариф на передачу електричної енергії встановлюється постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» від 09.12.2023 № 2322 «Т» є регульованою складовою ціни Договору – 0,52857 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ. «М» – маржа постачальника, є незмінною для всього періоду постачання, «М» не може бути відʼємним значенням. «1,2» - математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ – 20%), яке нараховується згідно Податкового кодексу України.*Примітка: «М» – маржа Постачальника (маржа, вартість послуг Учасника), що визначається Учасником у ціні своєї тендерної пропозиції, не може бути величиною від’ємною. Прохання враховувати свої реальні можливості, у разі надання пропозиції.
