Спосіб поставки товару: Доставка Товару здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника та за його рахунок, з дотриманням вимог Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів», а також вимог щодо періодичної … дезінфекції автотранспорту Постачальника. Автомобільний транспорт, яким Товар перевозиться, має відповідати чинним санітарним нормам та правилам перевезень вантажів, встановленим в Україні. Замовник не пізніше 14.00 годин дня передає Постачальнику письмову заявку на електронну адресу Постачальника, наведену у реквізитах Договору, або усну заявку телефоном про необхідний обсяг Товару, що має бути поставлений Постачальником за місцем поставки. Постачальник має здійснити поставку Товару Замовнику протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів (до 14.00 годин дня поставки) з моменту отримання усної або письмової заявки від Замовника. Періодичність поставки Товару: 1 (один) раз на 1 (один) місяць. Обсяг поставки може підлягати корекції згідно з заявками Замовника. Умови оплати: Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30-ти (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на підставі видаткової накладної. У разі затримки грошових коштів з джерела фінансування закупівлі розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання таких коштів на рахунок Замовника. Кінцевий строк подання ціни пропозицій: 10.01.2024 року до 00:00.
