Пробірка для забору капілярної крові, 0,5 мл, ЕДТА К3, бузкова кришка, без капіляру - повинні відповідати Технічному регламенту щодо медичних виробів із підтвердженими засвідченнями такої відповідності Постачальником в порядку, визначеному вказаним … регламентом та залишковий строк придатності медичних виробів повинен становити 80-100 % від загального строку придатності встановленого виробником. На етикетку, зовнішню та внутрішню упаковку медичного виробу, що поставляється, має бути нанесене маркування з відомостями про: назву медичного виробу; назву та адресу його виробника; способи застосування; термін придатності; умови зберігання; запобіжні заходи. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: по 31 січня 2024 року. Постачання здійснюється згідно з найменуваннями, зазначеними у Специфікації цього договору і має бути виконано до 31.01.2024 року. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: проспект Перемоги, буд. 7, м. Нововолинськ, Волинська обл.,45400, КНП «НЦМЛ». Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюються Замовником шляхом перерахування грошових коштів у національній валюті України (гривня) на поточний рахунок Постачальника у вигляді 100% післяоплати, впродовж 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару та підписання видаткових накладних.
