Артезіанська Вода питна, негазована, оброблена, бутильована, 18,9 літрів, повинна видобуватися із підземних джерел (артезіанських свердловин), призначена для щоденного використання, як в сирому так і в кип’яченому виді (далі – Товар). Повинна мати … показники фізіологічної повноцінності мінерального складу питної води. Під час укладання Договору, переможець надає копії відповідних документів, а саме: Сертифікат відповідності, дійсний на кінцеву дату подання пропозицій за умов діючого законодавства та\або інші документи. Державним санітарним нормам та правилам «Гігієнічні вимоги до води питної, призначеної для споживання людиною» (ДСан ПІН 2.2.4-171-10). У вартість Товару мають бути включені всі витрати, пов’язані з постачанням Товару, у тому числі: витрати на транспортування, навантаження, розвантаження, сплату податків і зборів (обов'язкових платежів) тощо. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися транспортом Постачальника та за його рахунок, згідно заявок Замовника за адресою м. Київ, вул. Хрещатик, 36. Замовлення здійснюється у телефонному режимі. Строк поставки товару – протягом доби з дня замовлення. Кількість - 2600 шт .бутлів на рік. Постачальник поставляє бутлі з водою взамін на пусті. Умови оплати: післяоплата 100 % згідно видаткової накладної.
