Description:

Замовник має потребу у закупівлі товару відповідно до коду ДК 021:2015 – 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія) на 2024 рік з розрахованою очікуваною вартістю 138 600,00 грн. з ПДВ. Пунктом 10 Особливостей передбачено, що Замовники здійснюють закупівлі товарів, вартість яких становить або перевищує 100 тис. гривень шляхом застосування відкритих торгів у порядку, визначеному Особливостями, та/або шляхом використання електронного каталогу відповідно до Порядку № 822, з урахуванням положень, визначених Особливостями. Таким чином, з метою задоволення потреби замовника у зазначеному вище товарі необхідно провести закупівлю шляхом запиту пропозицій постачальників через електронний каталог. Пунктом 14 Особливостей визначено, що закупівля відповідно до Особливостей здійснюється Замовником на підставі наявної потреби або у разі планової потреби наступного року. Запланована закупівля, незалежно від її вартості, включена до річного плану закупівель замовника згідно зі статтею 4 Закону. Таким чином затверджено річний план на 2024 рік. Hide
