Електрична енергія

Початок постачання з 01.01.2024 року. Керуючись абзацом першим частини 3 статті 22 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник з метою запобігання необґрунтованому заниженню (демпінгу) при здійснені закупівлі встановлює вимогу … (антидемпінгове застереження) до порядку розрахунку ціни (вартості тендерної пропозиції), за яку Учасник згоден виконати замовлення. Ціною одиниці товару в тендерній пропозиції є ціна електричної енергії, що включає передачу електроенергії, маржу Учасника, витрати на сплату податків та не включає вартість розподілу електричної енергії. Розрахунок загальної вартості тендерної пропозиції, за яку Учасник згоден виконати замовлення, розраховується та вноситься Учасником на електронний майданчик наступним чином: Р = Ni план * (Цпрогн. + Тпер. + Тпос) * 1,2, грн з ПДВ де, Р – загальна вартість тендерна пропозиція у гривні (UAH), Ni план – плановий обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії для відповідного об’єкта Споживача 42550 кВт/год. Цпрогн.– ціна закупівлі електричної енергії на 2024 рік визначена з урахуванням прогнозованої зміни ціни електричної енергії на ринку та становить – 4,94643 грн. за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ (Замовник встановлює величину цього індикатора однакову для всіх Учасників); Тпер. - тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії , затверджений регулятором для оператора системи передачі у встановленому порядку відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2023 р. № 2322 – 0,52857 грн. за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ; Тпос – тариф на послуги постачальника , що включає усі витрати постачальника, які необхідні для виконання постачальником умов цього договору, грн без ПДВ; 1,2 – математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ-20 %). При здійсненні розрахунку Учасник не заокруглює будь-які цифрові значення , а саме використовує усі значення після коми. Примітка. Тпос – тариф на послуги постачальника не може бути величиною від’ємною. З метою запобігання демпінгу серед Учасників замовник буде відхиляти пропозиції Учасників, в яких зазначена величина – Тпос буде від’ємна. Замовник визначає Тпос тариф на послуги постачальника, запропоновану Учасником, за формулою: Тпос = (Р/Ni план)/ 1,2 - Цпрогн.. – Тпер. [грн./кВт/год без ПДВ] У разі, якщо Тпос буде від’ємною, це буде вважатися відмовою від підписання договору про закупівлю.
