Електрична енергія, без розподілу Спосіб поставки Товару*: - відповідно до Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у … сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14.03.2018 року № 312. Умови оплати: Післяплата. Оплата вартості електричної енергії за цим Договором здійснюється Споживачем виключно шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника за умови надання Постачальником у строк до 12-го числа місяця, наступного за розрахунковим, а за грудень до 20- числа поточного місяця, акту приймання-передачі, у тому числі в особистому кабінеті споживача, розміщеному на офіційному вебсайті постачальника. Оплата проводиться протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту виставлення акту приймання-передачі.
