Електрична енергія формульне ціноутворення, з розподілом

1.Послуги розподілу електричної енергії сплачуються через Постачальника. 2.Фактична вартість електричної енергії розраховується по завершенню розрахункового періоду за формулою: Ве/е = ∑(Ni факт × (Цфакт ×(1+НП/100) +Тпер +Трозп))×1,2 , де: Ве/е – … фактична вартість електричної енергії за розрахунковий період з урахуванням ПДВ, грн. Ni факт – фактичний обсяг споживання електричної енергії по відповідному об’єкту Споживача, кВт∙год; Цфакт – фактична ціна електричної енергії, що закуплена Постачальником для Споживача на звітний період на ринку «на добу наперед» (РДН), визначена за даними ДП «Оператор ринку» та розміщена на його офіційному веб-сайті https://www.oree.com.ua як середньозважена ціна за звітний повний місяць на ринку «на добу наперед» (РДН) для об’єднаної енергосистеми України, без урахування ПДВ, грн. НП – норма прибутку постачальника, визначена за тендерною пропозицією переможця за результатами торгів, % Тпер – тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, затверджений регулятором для оператора системи передачі у встановленому порядку відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 № 1788, чинний у звітному періоді, без урахування ПДВ, грн.. Трозп - тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, затверджений регулятором для оператора системи передачі у встановленому порядку відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 № 1799, чинний у звітному періоді, без урахування ПДВ, грн.. 1,2 – коефіцієнт для визначення вартості електричної енергії з урахуванням ПДВ за ставкою 20%. Постачальник здійснює коригування ціни шляхом збільшення/зменшення відповідної регульованої складової (Т_пер і Т_розп) з дати її введення в дію. Підтвердженням необхідності внесення таких змін є чинні (введені в порядку встановленому законодавством в дію) нормативно-правові акти відповідного уповноваженого органу щодо встановлення (зміни) регульованих цін (тарифів), які враховуються при розрахунку ціни на електричну енергію; НП – норма прибутку визначається Учасником та не підлягає зміні протягом дії Договору. Оплата по факту споживання.
