Учасник запиту ціни пропозицій повинен врахувати наступні вимоги до формування ціни. Розрахунок ціни пропозиції повинен здійснюватися наступним чином: Р = ∑ (Ni план * Црдн. *(1+М/100) + Ni план * Тпер.)* 1,2, грн. з ПДВ де, Р – ціна пропозиції, у гривні … (UAH) Ni план – плановий обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії для відповідного об’єкта Замовника (обсяг закупівлі), кВт*год. Црдн –середньозважена ціна на РДН за грудень (за 18 днів грудня) 2023 - 4,47615 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ за даними ДП «Оператор ринку» розміщеними на його веб сайті https://www.oree.com.ua/; Т пер. –тариф на передачу електричної енергії, що включений в ціну за одиницю Товару, затверджений Постановою НКРЕКП № 2322 від 09.12.2023 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2024 рік та складає - 0,52857 грн без ПДВ; 1,2 – математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ-20 %); М – маржа (вартість послуг Учасника), запропонована Учасником. Маржа може бути від’ємною величиною. Маржа розраховується замовником у гривнях згідно розрахунку, наведеного у даному пункті, та включається в договір про закупівлю.
