Строк поставки товару: до 31.03.2024. Місце поставки Товару: об’єкти Споживача, перелік яких наведено у Додатку №4 до Договору: 79000, м. Львів, Аеропорт ЦА, до лічильників електроенергії аеропорту. Оплата вартості електричної енергії за Договором … здійснюється на підставі Рахунку на оплату у відповідності до підписаного Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі, на умовах відтермінування платежу 20 (двадцять) календарних днів від дати підписання Акту приймання-передачі, примірна форма якого визначена в Додатку 3 до Договору, за умови реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних складеної в порядку визначеному законодавством України (у випадку якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ та/або операція не є звільненою від оподаткування відповідно до чинного законодавства України).
