Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником до 23.12.23 року на умовах DDP – 36011, м. Полтава, вул. Миколи Дмитрієва, 7а, згідно правил ІНКОТЕРМС-2010». Поставка Товару відбувається виключно у робочий час Покупця (дати відвантаження товару узгоджується … сторонами додатково) протягом 3-х робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки. Ціна включає в себе всі витрати на транспортування, навантаження та розвантаження, страхування та інші витрати, сплату податків і зборів. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару. Абзац третій пункту 66 Постанови КМУ "Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 передбачає, що умови договору не можуть відрізнятися від умов, визначених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників, зокрема у проекті договору, що є складовою частиною запиту пропозицій постачальників, та/або пропозиції переможця відбору, крім випадку зменшення ціни договору без зміни обсягу.
