Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), бензин А-92 (Євро 5), талон, дизельне паливо (Євро 5)

Оплата здійснюється Покупцем за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів після підписання уповноваженими … представниками Сторін видаткової накладної (талони мають бути активними з дати видачі видаткової накладної, для оплати Покупцеві). Оплата здійснюється за умови наявності у видатковій накладній посилання на повний номер і дату укладання Договору, та у випадку оплати за рахунок бюджетних коштів, надходження бюджетних коштів від Головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за товари здійснюється протягом 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем коштів бюджетного призначення на фінансування товару на поточний рахунок Покупця. Моментом оплати поставленого Постачальником Товару є дата списання коштів з відповідних рахунків Покупця. 1.5. Усі платіжні документи за даним Договором оформлюються з дотриманням усіх вимог чинного законодавства України, що зазвичай ставляться до змісту і форми таких документів.
