Пелети паливні з деревини хвойних порід, група 1, 8мм, ДСТУ 8358, 1 тонна Паливні гранули (пелети) повинні бути з деревини хвойних порід дерев. Не повинні містити зв’язуючих елементів: добавок кори, сміття, піску тощо. Паливні гранули (пелети) повинні … відповідати вимогам діючих стандартів щодо їх якості. Учасник визначає ціну на товар, який він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням податків і зборів (обов’язкових платежів), що сплачуються, або мають бути сплачені, витрат на доставку до закладів зберігання, навантаження, розвантаження, зважування, а також інших витрат. Фасування: поліетиленові мішки вагою 15 кг., на європіддоні вагою нетто 1 тонна, за одну поставку не більше 10 тонн. Порядок поставки: Всі витрати, пов’язані з доставкою товару, бере на себе Постачальник. Доставка пелет здійснюється вантажним, критим транспортним засобом Учасника (вантажопідйомність до 10 тонн), обладнаним гідробортом або краном-маніпулятором, за допомогою якого здійснюються вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи силами Замовника. У зв’язку з відсутністю міста зберігання у Замовника, поставка (передача) товару здійснюється партіями (5-10 тонн), що погоджуються сторонами в залежності від фактичної потреби Замовника – протягом 3 робочих днів від дати отримання заявки Учасником. Замовник залишає за собою, право контрольного зважування, з будь якої партії товару на сертифікованих вагах та перевірки якості поставленої продукції в випробувальній лабораторії. Прийом кожної окремої партії товару проводиться за участю уповноваженого представника Замовника. В разі сумніву щодо якості товару, Замовник може здійснити лабораторне дослідження товару за рахунок Учасника. Якщо товар не відповідає якості, Учасник зобов’язаний замінити партію.
