000005-09130000-667116-40996564; 000002-09130000-741375-40996564 ТЕХНІЧНІ ВИМОГИ 1. Кількість АЗС у власності та партнерів в м. Києві, що здійснюють відпуск пального за талонами – не менше 7. 2. Кількість АЗС у власності та/або партнерів, що здійснюють … відпуск палива за талонами – не менше 5 у кожній області, за винятком областей, на території яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією, затверджених Наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309. 3. Строк дії талонів, що підтверджують право отримання на АЗС палива, становить не менше 12 (дванадцять) календарних місяців від дати фактичної передачі талонів на паливо. 4. Номінал талонів – 10 та/або 20 літрів. 5. Бензин А-95 (Євро 5) повинен відповідати ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови». 6. Дизельне паливо (Євро 5) повинне відповідати ДСТУ «7688:2015 Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови». Постачання Товару здійснюється в формі талонів (карток) (далі – талони на паливо). Постачальник повинен до 25 грудня 2023 року передати Замовнику талони на паливо на увесь обсяг Товару, що підтверджують право на отримання на АЗС Товару. Місце поставки: м. Київ, Петра Болбочана, 8.
