Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, без розподілу

Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, без розподілу Розрахунки Споживача за цим Договором здійснюються на поточний рахунок із спеціальним режимом використання (далі – спецрахунок). При цьому, Споживач не обмежується у праві здійснювати оплату за цим Договором … через банківську платіжну систему, он-лайн переказ, поштовий переказ, внесення готівки через касу Постачальника та в інший не заборонений законодавством спосіб. Оплата вартості електричної енергії за цим Договором здійснюється Споживачем виключно шляхом перерахування коштів на спецрахунок Постачальника. Оплата вважається здійсненою після того, як на спецрахунок Постачальника надійшла вся сума коштів, що підлягає сплаті за куповану електричну енергію відповідно до умов цього Договору. Спецрахунок Постачальника зазначається у платіжних документах Постачальника, у тому числі у разі його зміни. Оплата рахунка Постачальника за цим Договором має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк не раніше 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту підписання Сторонами акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії.
