Пісок річковий, митий, сіяний, 1 т; Пісок річковий, насипом. Кількість - 150 тон 1. Форма поставки - насипом, у спеціалізованих транспортних засобах. 2. Постачальник гарантує, що технічні, якісні характеристики товару за предметом закупівлі відповідають … чинним нормативним актам діючого законодавства України (державним стандартам, технічним умовам тощо), що підтверджується відповідними дозвільними документами копії сертифікату/паспорті якості, протоколу випробувань, якісних посвідчень тощо. 3. Товар не повинен вміщувати сторонніх забруднюючих домішок. 4. Умови поставки партіями (згідно заявки Замовника): 08324, Київська область, Бориспільський район, с. Гора (адреса поставки може потребувати корегування). 5. При виявленні Замовником невідповідності якості Товару, будь-чого іншого, що може якимось чином вплинути на якісні характеристики товару – Учасник гарантує негайну заміну неякісного товару. 6. Пропозиції мають подаватися у повному обсязі та за повною номенклатурою. Ціна пропозиції має включати всі витрати Учасника (в т.ч. транспортні,навантажувальні-розвантажувальні, податки), пов’язані з поставкою товару. 7. Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 банківських днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі видаткової накладної
