Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, без розподілу Зміна ціни електричної енергії відбувається за рахунок зміни середньозважених цін на електроенергію на ринку «на добу наперед» за розрахунковий період (календарний місяць). ВАРТІСТЬ ПОСЛУГ … ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА НЕ ЗБІЛЬШУЄТЬСЯ ПРОТЯГОМ УСЬОГО СТРОКУ ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ. 1. Початкова ціна за одиницю Товару та вартість послуг Постачальника Початкова ціна за одиницю Товару (розрахункова ціна Товару на момент укладання Договору) складається з: ЦП = ЦПсз + Впост + Тосп + ПДВ 20% , де ЦП - ціна закупівлі одиниці Товару за результатами процедури закупівлі (пропозиція переможця процедури закупівлі) , грн/кіловат-година з ПДВ; ЦПсз – початкова середньозважена ціна закупівлі одиниці Товару за результатами торгів на ринку електричної енергії «на добу наперед» за місяць, що передує місяцю укладення Договору, грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ , офіційні данні про середньозважені ціни електричної енергії ринку «добу наперед» торгової зони ОЕС України, які оприлюднені ДП «Оператор ринку» на своєму офіційному веб-сайті https://www.oree.com.ua відповідно до Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII. За листопад 2023 року становить 4,35780 грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ. Тосп – ціна (тариф) послуг оператора системи передачі (ціна регульованих послуг, яка визначається НКРЕКП), без ПДВ Впост – вартість послуг Постачальника, що включає усі витрати Постачальника, які необхідні для виконання Постачальником умов цього Договору, в тому числі на пересилання документів, сплату митних тарифів, податків, зборів та інших платежів, інших витрат, які понесе Постачальник у зв’язку з виконанням Договору, без ПДВ. Визначається за формулою Впост = ЦП - ПДВ 20% - ЦПсз - Тосп Впост не збільшується протягом усього строку дії Договору. 2. Визначення ціни за одиницю Товару Ціна за одиницю Товару для кожного календарного місяця визначається за формулою: Ц = Цпсз + Впост + Тосп + ПДВ 20%, де Цпсз – поточна середньозважена ціна закупівлі одиниці Товару за результатами торгів на ринку електричної енергії «на добу наперед» за календарний місяць, за який здійснюється розрахунок, вимірюється у грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ та визначається на підставі офіційних даних про середньозважені ціни електричної енергії ринку «добу наперед» торгової зони ОЕС України, які оприлюднює ДП «Оператор ринку» на своєму офіційному вебсайті https://www.oree.com.ua відповідно до Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII Впост – вартість послуг Постачальника, що включає усі витрати Постачальника, які необхідні для виконання Постачальником умов цього Договору, в тому числі на пересилання документів, сплату митних тарифів, податків, зборів та інших платежів, інших витрат, які понесе Постачальник у зв’язку з виконанням Договору, без ПДВ. Впост не збільшується протягом усього строку дії Договору. Тосп – ціна (тариф) послуг оператора системи передачі (ціна регульованих послуг, яка визначається НКРЕКП), без ПДВ Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць Замовник належить до 2 класу напруги, до групи площадок вимірювання: "Б" (без АСКОЕ) – за всіма адресами, за виключенням одного з групою А(з АСКОЕ). ОСР: ПАТ "Запоріжжяобленерго". Період постачання – до 31.12.2024 року включно Місця поставки: 69037, Запорізька обл, м.Запоріжжя, вул. Незалежної України, 56А; 69014, Запорізька обл, Запоріжжя, вул. Комарова,буд.11; 70002, Запорізька обл, Вільнянський район, м.Вільнянськ, вул.Зачиняєва,буд.26; 70101, Запорізька обл., Новомиколаївський район, смт. Новомиколаївка, вул. Українська, буд.42; 71201, Запорізька обл, Гуляйпільський район, м.Гуляйполе, пл.Героїв України, буд.4; 70504, Запорізька обл, Оріхівський район, м.Оріхів, вул.Покровська, буд.37А; вул.
