000005-09130000-667116-40996564; 000002-09130000-741375-40996564 Учасник повинен забезпечити можливість безперешкодної цілодобової заправки автотранспорту Замовника на власних/орендованих/партнерських АЗС в усіх обласних центрах України (крім тимчасово … окупованих територій).З метою уникнення ризиків щодо постачання товару в м. Суми, учасник повинен гарантувати можливість безперешкодної цілодобової заправки автотранспорту Замовника і підтвердити наявність в м. Суми не менше двох власних/орендованих/партнерських АЗС заправок. Поставка партіями на підставі заявки Замовника, до 31.12.2024 року.Покупець зобов’язується повністю оплатити вартість (ціну) переданої у його власність партії Товару протягом 7 робочих днів з моменту підписання сторонами накладної (видаткової накладної) на переданий у власність Товар та отримання бланків-дозволів, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на банківський поточний рахунок Продавця, вказаний в цьому Договорі. Бланк-дозвіл повинен містити наступну інформацію: – об’єм Товару, який підлягає видачі (не більше 20 л кожен); – тип Товару, який підлягає видачі; – термін дії (12 місяців)
