ДК 021:2015: 09310000-5 — Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія ( 436000 кВт/год)Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу 1. Технічні та якісні характеристики предмету закупівлі, що закуповується повинні відповідати … технічним умовам та стандартам, передбаченим законодавством України діючими на період постачання товару. Якість постачання – безперервне, комерційна якість постачання. 2. Учасник-постачальник повинен забезпечувати дотримання загальних та гарантованих стандартів якості постачання електричної енергії, в тому числі, що передбачені згідно Порядку забезпечення стандартів якості електропостачання та надання компенсацій споживачам за їх недотримання, затвердженого постановою НКРЕКП від 12.06.2018 р. № 375, Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, інших нормативно-правових актів. Згідно ст. 18 Закон України «Про ринок електричної енергії» показники якості електропостачання повинні відповідати величинам, що затверджені Національною комісією, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг. 3. Відповідно до положень пункту 11.4.6 глави 11.4 розділу XI Кодексу систем розподілу, затвердженого постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 № 310, параметри якості електричної енергії в точках приєднання споживачів у нормальних умовах експлуатації мають відповідати параметрам, визначеним у ДСТУ EN 50160:2014 «Характеристики напруги електропостачання в електричних мережах загального призначення», ГОСТ 13109-97 «Электрическаяэнергия. Совместимость технических средств электромагнитная. Нормы качества электрической энергии в системах электроснабжения общего назначения». 4. Учасник визначає ціни на товар, який він пропонує поставити за Договором, з урахуванням усіх своїх витрат, які можуть бути ним понесені у ході виконання договору про закупівлю. 5. Строк поставки Товару: з 01 січня 2024 року до 31 грудня 2024 року (включно). 6. Постачальник повинен бути включений до переліку суб'єктів господарської діяльності, які мають ліцензії з постачання електричної енергії, який розміщений на офіційному веб-порталі Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг. 7. Місце поставки (передачі) Товару: Лісова, 1, м. Нетішин, Хмельницька обл., 30100 (точки комерційного обліку об’єкта (-ів) споживача) 8. Умови постачання електричної енергії. Умови постачання електричної енергії замовнику повинні відповідати наступним нормативно-правовим актам: - Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (із змінами); -Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» від 12.10.2022 № 1178; - Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» (із змінами); - Правилам роздрібного ринку електричної енергії (затверджених постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 р. № 312); - іншим нормативно-правовим актам, прийнятих на виконання Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії».
