991752-33140000-769894-42574629 Товар повинен мати необхідні сертифікати якості, декларацію про відповідність Технічному регламенту щодо медичних виробів для діагностики, інструкції на державній мові, супроводжуватися документами щодо термінів … придатності. Кожна серія товару повинна супроводжуватися сертифікатом якості виробника. Оплата товару здійснюється Покупцем шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 20 банківських днів з моменту підписання відповідної видаткової накладної. У разі затримки оплати товару в зв’язку з відсутністю фінансування, Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого Постачальником товару протягом 15 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Поставка товару здійснюється за адресою Покупця: 77101 Івано-Франківська область, м. Галич, вул. Н Вівчаренко,36.. Замовлення, доставка та вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи і т.д. повинні здійснюватись згідно умов договору. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 12 місяців від загального строку придатності. Більш детально- в проекті договору
