Закупівля на 2024 рік. Фактична ціна поставки за одиницю Товару без ПДВ за відповідний розрахунковий період визначається за наступною формулою: Цф = Цсз +Тпер + М де: Цф - фактична ціна за одиницю Товару за відповідний розрахунковий місяць, грн. без ПДВ. … Цсз – середньозважена ціна РДН за розрахунковий період (календарний місяць). Тпер – тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, який діє для розрахункового періоду (календарний місяць), що визначається відповідними рішеннями НКРЕКП; М – маржа постачальника за результатами подання пропозиції Постачальником та встановленої ціни поставки за одиницю товару. Ця величина є незмінною протягом всього строку дії Договору. Увага! Середньозважена ціна на дату підписання Договору обраховується згідно з даними АТ «Оператор ринку» (сайт https://www.oree.com.ua/ ) за всі календарні дні відповідного останнього повного місяця, що передує місяцю, в якому публікується оголошення про проведення закупівлі за даним Договором. Визначення середньозваженої ціни на РДН здійснюється по об’єднаній енергетичній системі України (ОЕС України). Умови оплати: післяплата. Розрахунки Споживача за цим Договором здійснюються на поточний рахунок Постачальника із спеціальним режимом використання. Оплата вартості електричної енергії здійснюється на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі товару (електричної енергії) у строк, який не перевищує 30 календарних днів з дня отримання Акта приймання-передачі, але не пізніше кінця місяця, наступного за розрахунковим.
