1. Строк поставки – з моменту підписання договору до 31.12.2023. 2. Умови поставки Товару - окремими партіями, протягом 1 (одного) календарного дня з моменту направлення Замовником заявки, (з 8:00 до 16:00), у т.ч. у вихідні та святкові дні. 3. Гарантія … на Товар не менше як 15 років з моменту введення Товару в експлуатацію. 4. Оплата Товару за цим Договором, в частині що фінансується за рахунок коштів міського бюджету, здійснюється у безготівковому порядку шляхом перерахування Покупцем коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника з дотриманням вимог ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України та з урахуванням черговості, передбаченої абзацом другим підпункту 2 пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 № 590, із змінами і доповненнями. Головним розпорядником бюджетних коштів, що одержує Покупець для оплати Товару, є Департамент транспортної інфраструктури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської держаної адміністрації). 5. Обсяг закупівлі - 5000 шт.
