Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, з розподілом

з 01.01.2024 по 31.12.2024 Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, з розподілом, для 51 ЕІС-точок комерційного обліку. Строк поставки: до 31 грудня 2024 року (включно), цілодобово. Клас напруги Споживача 2 (другий). Оператор … системи розподілу - ПрАТ «ДТЕК Київські Регіональні Електромережі». Ціна за одиницю Товару за Договором включає вартість закупівлі одиниці Товару Постачальником на ринках електричної енергії «на добу наперед» та/або «внутрішньодобовий ринок» торгової зони «Об’єднана енергетична система України» (далі – Ринки електричної енергії), послуг операторів системи розподілу та передачі, які необхідні для виконання Постачальником умов Договору, та визначена з урахуванням всіх витрат Постачальника. Оплата послуг з розподілу електричної енергії здійснюється через учасника (ціна спожитої електричної енергії включає вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії відповідного Оператора системи розподілу згідно з тарифами, встановленими НКРЕКП). Оплата Товару здійснюється Споживачем протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дати підписання Акта приймання-передачі електричної енергії (далі – Акт) у формі оплати за фактично спожитий Товар відповідно до даних комерційного обліку, на підставі Акта, який формується Постачальником відповідно до п. 4.14 та п. 4.31 Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії за розрахунковий період, який становить 1 (один) календарний місяць. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку Споживача бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату Товару, Споживач проводить оплату Товару протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок Споживача. Розрахунковою датою (кінцем попереднього та початком наступного розрахункового періоду) є 1 число кожного календарного місяця. Обсяг спожитого протягом розрахункового періоду Товару визначається в порядку, встановленому Кодексом комерційного обліку. Постачання електроенергії здійснюється за проектом договору, який запропонував Замовник.

Для забезпечення планової потреби наступного року у Замовника є необхідність у закупівлі Електричної енергії, код за ДК 021:2015-09310000-5 «Електрична енергія». Технічні та якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі визначені відповідно до потреб замовника та з урахуванням вимог законодавства. Параметри якості електричної енергії в точках приєднання Споживача у нормальних умовах експлуатації мають відповідати параметрам, визначеним у ДСТУ EN 50160:2014 «Характеристики напруги електропостачання в електричних мережах загального призначення» (ДСТУ EN 50160:2014). Постачання електричної енергії замовнику (споживачу) повинні відповідати нормам чинного законодавства України: - Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII; - Кодексу систем розподілу, затвердженого постановою Національної комісії регулювання електроенергетики та комунальних послуг України від 14.03.2018 № 310; - Кодексу системи передачі, затвердженого постановою Національної комісії регулювання електроенергетики та комунальних послуг України від 14.03.2018 № 309; - Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії регулювання електроенергетики та комунальних послуг України від 14.03.2018 № 312; - інших нормативно-правових актів, прийнятих на виконання Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» від 13.04.2017 № 2019-VIII.
