Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, без розподілу

Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, без розподілу Обсяг електричної енергії, що закуповується: 135000 кВт*год. Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків Замовника. Місце розташування … об’єкту Замовника: 07400, бульвар Незалежності, 39, м. Бровари Київської області. Строк постачання: з 01.01.2024 по 31.12.2024, цілодобово. Клас напруги: 2. Оператор системи розподілу та передачі: ПрАТ «ДТЕК Київські регіональні електромережі». Постачальник зобов'язується забезпечити комерційну якість постачання електричної енергії, що передбачає вчасне та повне інформування Замовника про умови постачання електричної енергії, ціни на електричну енергію та вартість послуг, що надаються, надання роз'яснень положень актів чинного законодавства, якими регулюються відносини Сторін, ведення точних та прозорих розрахунків із Замовником, а також можливість вирішення спірних питань шляхом досудового врегулювання. Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії: Ціна за 1кВт*год електричної енергії за даною закупівлею розраховується за формулою: Цфакт = (Црдн + Тп + М)*ПДВ, де Цфакт – ціна за електричну енергію для Споживача, грн/кВт*год за розрахунковий період; Црдн – середньозважена ціна електричної енергії на Ринку «на добу наперед» за результатами розрахункового періоду (календарний місяць) грн/кВт*год без ПДВ за даними АТ «Оператор ринку» за посиланням https://www.oree.com.ua; Тп – ціна (тариф) на послугу з передачі Оператора системи передачі (регульована ціна) згідно Постанови НКРЕКП від 21.12.2022 р. №1788 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО», грн/кВт*год без ПДВ; М – маржа Постачальника; ПДВ – математичне вираження податку на додану вартість 1,2. Ціна на електричну енергію включає всі обов`язкові податки (крім ПДВ, який обліковується окремо), а також інші збори та платежі, що передбачені законодавством, Правилами роздрібного ринку електричної енергії та іншими нормативними документами. Ціна на електричну енергію включає тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії та не включає тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, що затверджені НКРЕКП на відповідний розрахунковий період, і які Споживач здійснює самостійно оператору системи розподілу. Зміна ціни за одиницю товару регламентується щомісячно шляхом укладання додаткових угод. - Зміна ціни на ринку «на добу наперед» підтверджується інформацією з сайту Оператора ринку https://www.oree.com.ua; - Зміна тарифів на послуги з передачі електричної енергії підтверджується постановами Регулятора. Спосіб оплати – післяоплата (по факту споживання). Строк оплати рахунку – 7 (сім) робочих днів з моменту отримання Споживачем рахунку та акта прийому-передачі. Постачальник зобов'язаний забезпечити Замовнику можливість отримувати рахунки за електричну енергію та акти приймання-передачі через особистий (персональний) кабінет споживача на web-сайті Постачальника та/або у структурному підрозділі Постачальника. Умови оплати: Оплату вартості використання електричної енергії Замовник здійснює лише за фактично використану електричну енергію, на підставі належним чином оформленого Акту за розрахунковий період, отриманого не пізніше 15 числа наступного за розрахунковим місяця. Оплата Акту Постачальника за фактично використану електричну енергію здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником рахунка.
