Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником до 31.12.23 року на умовах DDP – 36011, м. Полтава, вул. Миколи Дмитрієва, 7а, згідно правил ІНКОТЕРМС-2010». Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися протягом 3-х робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки переданої … засобами електронного зв’язку, або в паперовому варіанті та відбуватися виключно на протязі робочого часу установи. Поставка здійснюється партіями. Розвантаження товару здійснюється до приміщення для зберігання лікарських засобів представниками Постачальника. Розрахунки по даному Договору проводяться шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару.
