Одна діюча АЗС в радіусі до 2 км від місця знаходження замовника та не менше двох діючих АЗС в м.Мукачеві або найближчих … околицях. Територіальна доступність по Закарпатській області, але обов'язково не менше однієї в м.Ужгород (автомобільна траса Е50 або її найближчі прилеглі дороги), м.Берегово (автомобільна траса M24 або її найближчі прилеглі дороги), м.Хуст (автомобільна траса H09 (P03) або її найближчі прилеглі дороги). Термін дії талонів (карток) - не менше 1 рік У разі затримки (відсутності) бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 30 банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Учасники закупівлі погоджуються з невідкладною передачою товару замовнику та умовами закупівлі.
