Замовник оплачує Постачальнику поставлений Товар протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару на підставі видаткової накладної, підписаної Сторонами. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється … протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного асигнування для закупівлі Товару. Допускається поетапна оплата суми Договору відповідно до поставленого Товару відповідно до видаткових накладних, підписаних Сторонами. Строк поставки Товару: не пізніше 20 грудня 2023 року. Місце поставки Товару: м. Київ, вул. Генерала Шаповала, 9. Доставка, розвантаження та занесення у приміщення ВККСУ за рахунок Постачальника. Шредер для оперативного знищення документів, які мають конфіденційну інформацію і не підлягають вивезенню на період надзвичайного стану необхідно 4 знищувачів документів

Під час розгляду запропонованих пропозицій постачальників поданих до закупівлі знищувачі документів (шредери), код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 30190000-7 «Офісне устаткування та приладдя різне» (ID закупівлі UA-2023-11-30-012376-a) замовником було виявлено порушення, яке неможливо усунути, а саме: відповідальним підрозділом замовника було виявлено, що характеристики предмету закупівлі, оприлюднені у запиті пропозицій постачальників на сьогоднішній день не відповідають потребам замовника. Оскільки, на стадії кваліфікації учасників відсутня технічна можливість редагування та помилку неможливо виправити, слід відмінити оголошену закупівлю та переоголосити її з новими технічними характеристиками, які будуть відповідати потребам замовника.
