Пунктом 65 Порядку № 822 встановлено, що замовник може відмінити запит ціни пропозицій до укладення договору про закупівлю. Враховуючи те, що під час проведення запиту ціни пропозицій щодо Закупівлі за ДК 021:2015 30230000-0 Комп’ютерне обладнання (Веб-камера) переможці відбору ТОВ "ТІНОС-Д", ФОП "Авакумова Любов Олексіївна" відмовилися від підписання договору. Станом на сьогодні закінчився строк поставки товару (до 20 грудня 2023 року) і термін дії договору до 31.12.2023 року і тому прийняте рішення про відміну запиту ціни пропозицій щодо Закупівлі товару відповідно до пункту 65 Порядку № 822.
