Наявність автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих чи АЗС партнерів) в радіусі не більше 3 км від адреси Замовника (Одеська обл., Подільський р-н, м. Кодима, вул. Соборна,106). Строк дії талонів повинен бути безстроковим або не менше 12 … місяців. Постачальник несе повну відповідальність за дотримання встановлених законодавством України обмежень щодо ввезення товарів на митну територію України з Російської Федерації та Республіки Білорусь. Постачальник гарантує, що за цим договором він не буде пропонувати Замовнику до постачання товар, походження з Російської Федерації і Республіки Білорусь та/або ввезений на митну територію з Російської Федерації і Республіки Білорусь. Якість пального повинна відповідати екологічним нормам ЄВРО-5. Талони повинні бути номіналом 10/20 літрів.
