Газ нафтовий скраплений, талон

1. Учасник повинен мати розширену мережу автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих, партнерських) на території України та обов’язково мати не менше трьох АЗС в радіусі 1 км від адреси Замовника: м. Київ, вул. Янтарна, 5. АЗС учасника повинні мати … можливість заправки транспорту Замовника за пред'явленням талонів/скретч-карток. 2. Обслуговування Замовника на АЗС м. Києва повинно здійснюватись за талонами зразка Учасника, які можуть прийматись на будь-якій АЗС, що зазначена Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не менше як 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником. Номінал талонів 10 і 20 л. 3. Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником за власний рахунок за адресою Покупця. 4. Розрахунки Покупця з Постачальником здійснюються виключно у національній валюті України на підставі видаткової накладної, підписаної обома Сторонами цього Договору, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника з відстроченням платежу до 30 банківських днів з дня отримання Товару від Постачальника та при наявності бюджетного фінансування. 5. Обсяг закупівлі: 8000 літр
