Поставка Товару здійснюється за попередньою письмовою Заявкою Покупця протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих дів з дати отримання Заявки. (Заявка може здійснюватися в електронному вигляді, телефоном, поштовим відправленням або вручена нарочно). Місце поставки товару( … адреси виробничих баз замовника): м. Київ , вул. Жмеринська 30-Г (парк «Совки» Святошинський район м.Києва) . Оплата Покупцем за фактично поставлений Товар, який зазначений в накладній, та відповідає Специфікації (Додатку 1) здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку на рахунок Продавця протягом 10 календарних днів, при наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця, ( згідно пункту 1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України) та по мірі надходження фінансування з місцевого бюджету.
