Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIIІ (надалі – Закон) та Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 р. № 1178. Талони номіналом 10 л, 20 л. Термін … дії придбаних талонів – не менш ніж 12 міс. з дати укладання договору. Постачання товару партіями. АЗС Учасника (власні, орендовані чи партнерські) в межах Красноградського району, розташовані на відстані не більше 8 кілометрів від місця розташування Замовника (вул. Покровська,82, м. Красноград, Харківська обл.).
