Електрична енергія, формульний розрахунок

Фактична ціна 1 кВт*год електричної енергії (Ц) визначається наступним чином: Ц = (Цпсз.рдн + Тосп + Впост) ‧ 1,2, де Цпсз.рдн – поточна середньозважена ціна закупівлі одиниці Товару за результатами торгів на ринку електричної енергії «на добу наперед» … протягом календарного місяця, за який здійснюється розрахунок, грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ. Величина Цпсз.рдн визначається на підставі відповідних аналітичних матеріалів з електронної сторінки в мережі Інтернет Державного підприємства «Оператор ринку» (https://www.oree.com.ua). Тосп – ціна (тариф) послуг оператора системи передачі (ціна регульованих послуг, яка визначається НКРЕКП) на момент укладення Договору, грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ; Тосп до 31.12.2023 р. становить 0,4851 грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ. Впост – вартість послуг Постачальника, що включає усі витрати Постачальника, які необхідні для виконання Постачальником умов цього Договору, в тому числі на пересилання документів, сплату митних тарифів, податків, зборів та інших платежів, інших витрат, які понесе Постачальник у зв’язку з виконанням Договору; В пост становить _______ грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ та не змінюється протягом усього строку дії Договору. В пост не може бути від’ємним значенням. З метою уникнення можливості зловживання учасниками ціною, протидії демпінгу цін, враховуючи триваюче коливання ціни на ринку електричної енергії «на добу наперед» протягом листопада 2023 року (згідно аналітичних матеріалів з електронної сторінки в мережі Інтернет АТ «Оператор ринку» (https://www.oree.com.ua) з яких слідує постійне зростання ціни),ЦБ сз.рдн одиниці Товару з урахуванням можливого її зростання за результатами процедури закупівлі (грн/кіловат-година без ПДВ) має становити не менше 4,64 грн. /кіловат-година без ПДВ. Всі учасники закупівлі зобов’язані визначити ЦБ сз.рдн при участі в даній закупівлі у розмірі 4,64 грн./кіловат-година без ПДВ з метою гарантування їх добросовісності, недемпінгування ціни та готовності здійснювати постачання на ринкових умовах.
