Оплата за Товар здійснюється Замовником на підставі ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – лише за фактично отриманий Товар, у тому числі партію Товару, на підставі належним чином оформлених документів Виконавця (рахунку-фактури, акту приймання-передачі та видаткової накладної тощо), протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дня поставки при наявності бюджетних асигнувань на зазначені цілі, з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій
