Миколаїв, Миколаївська область, ЕІС-код точки комерційного обліку 62Z0834759959957; 3. Нежитлове приміщення, адреса: вул. Новозаводська, буд. 7, м. Миколаїв, Миколаївська область, ЕІС-код точки комерційного обліку 62Z9473587756992. Умови оплати: оплата проводиться протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту виставлення рахунку та надання акта про прийняття-передання, але не пізніше 20-го дня місяця, наступного за розрахунковим періодом (місяцем). Повний опис формули згідно проєкту договору: Ціна за одиницю Товару (Ц) визначається за підсумками розрахункового періоду (місяця) за такою формулою: Ц = (К * Ца + Тосп + Впост) * 1,2, де: 1,2 – урахування ПДВ (у разі, якщо Постачальник не є платником ПДВ, у формулі замість 1,2 зазначається 1); Ца – ціна закупівлі одиниці Товару (актуальна) на день укладення Договору або останнього додаткового договору або угоди до цього Договору, без тарифу на передачу та без вартості послуг Постачальника, грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; Тосп – ціна (тариф) послуг оператора системи передачі, яка встановлена Регулятором на відповідний розрахунковий період), грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; Впост – вартість послуг Постачальника, що включає усі витрати Постачальника, які необхідні для виконання Постачальником умов цього Договору, Впост становить _____ грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ та не змінюється протягом усього строку дії Договору; К – коефіцієнт коливання ціни закупівлі одиниці Товару, який на момент укладення Договору становить 1 (один) і визначається за формулою: К = Цпсз / Ц0сз, де: Цпсз – поточна середньозважена ціна купівлі-продажу електричної енергії за результатами торгів на ринку «на добу наперед» за розрахунковий період – календарний місяць, згідно з інформацією, оприлюдненою Оператором ринку електричної енергії на сайті https://www.oree.com.ua/, грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; Ц0сз – середньозважена ціна закупівлі одиниці Товару за результатами торгів на ринку «на добу наперед» за повний календарний місяць, в якому закінчився строк подання пропозицій, в подальшому — за місяць, що передує розрахунковому, згідно з інформацією, оприлюдненою Оператором ринку електричної енергії на сайті https://www.oree.com.ua/, грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ.
