Строк постачання товару: до 05.12.2023 р. Місце постачання товару: 48751, Україна, Тернопільська область, смт. Мельниця-Подільська, вул. Кудринецька, будинок 1; заклади Мельнице-Подільської ОТГ (у відповідності до Додатку № 2 Договору, згідно заявок … Замовника) Спосіб постачання товару: Поставки повинні здійснюватись по заявкам замовника, безпосередньо за адресами закладів громади та селищної ради, в робочі дні транспортом Постачальника (вантажними автомобілями вантажопідйомністю 5 т. та до 20 т., у зв’язку із вузькими заїздами). Завантаження-розвантаження за рахунок та засобами Постачальника. Постачальник під час розвантаження товару в кожному закладі, із визначених в додатку №2 до Договору, повинен провести зважування товару, що відвантажується, в присутності представника Замовника. Замовник має право перевірити вагу та якість товару за кошти Постачальника у відповідності до ДСТУ 4096-2002. Перевірка буде здійснюватись Замовником вибірково в незалежній сертифікованій лабораторії, переважування на відповідній вазі постачальника, визначеній Замовником. Претензії по якості вугілля приймаються Постачальником в письмовій формі на протязі десяти робочих днів після його поставки. Умови оплати товару: Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений товар в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту поставки товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за отриманий товар здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетного фінансування на розрахунковий рахунок.
