Учасник повинен мати автозаправні станції (власну, орендовану, партнерську) в м. Чернігові та на території Чернігівської області, а саме: м. Ніжин, м. Прилуки, м. Борзна, м. Сосниця. Якість дизельного палива та бензину А-95 повинна відповідати екологічним … нормам ЄВРО – 5, Державним стандартам України, технічним вимогам заводу виробника та вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови» та ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови», або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива (затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927). Товар повинен відповідати температурному режиму експлуатації транспортних засобів в регіонах України.
