Шановні партнери! З метою закупівлі Пакети типу «Майка» (для торгівлі)), АТ "Укрпошта" забезпечує прозорий та конкурентний відбір потенційного контрагента - конкурс. З учасником, пропозиція якого буде найбільш економічно вигідною, буде укладений договір з … АТ "Укрпошта". Для проведення такого конкурсу Замовник використовує електронну систему закупівель шляхом здійснення закупівель за типом «спрощена закупівля», у порядку аналогічному до порядку проведення спрощених закупівель згідно статті 14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". При цьому, така закупівля не буде вважатися спрощеною у розумінні цього Закону, а договір, укладений за її результатами, договором про закупівлю. Терміни поставки в оголошенні наведені орієнтовні, детальна інформація щодо умов поставки визначена в умовах конкурсної документації. Критерієм оцінки пропозицій є ціна без ПДВ.
