Поставка скретч-карток здійснюється Постачальником за наступною адресою: Україна, 70005, Запорізька область, Запорізький район, с. Нововасилівка, вул. Польова, 18-А. Дизельне паливо відпускається цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення скретч-карток на … власних або орендованих, або партнерських АЗС Постачальника, що розташована (розташовані) в адміністративних межах Запорізького району, Запорізької області (в радіусі не більше 15-ти кілометрів від місця знаходження Замовника). Термін дії скретч-карток на пальне – з дня отримання їх Замовником і не менше ніж до закінчення строку дії цього Договору. Після закінчення терміну дії скретч-карток на Товар, який є оплачений, але не вибраний Замовником, такі скретч-картки підлягають обміну/подовженню на строк, що є не меншим ніж 6 місяців, в номіналі один до одного та повинні діяти на всіх АЗС Постачальника та його партнерів. Розрахунки між Постачальником та Замовником здійснюються відповідно до видаткової накладної та рахунку-фактури наданого Постачальником, шляхом оплати вартості Товару згідно Специфікації протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після його отримання.
