Постачальник повинен мати розширену мережу власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС на території міста Києва та Київської області. Термін постачання … товарів: до 15 грудня 2023 року. Постачальник зобов’язується здійснити поставку (передання у власність) Товару Покупцю шляхом передання талонів та підписання видаткової накладної Покупцю протягом 2х (двох) робочих днів з дати отримання заявки Покупця встановленого зразка. Передача Постачальником талонів Покупцю здійснюється по місцезнаходженню офісу Постачальника уповноваженій особі Покупця. Оплата товару здійснюється Покупцем за рахунок бюджетних коштів протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару.
