Миколаєва (не менше 10) та на території Миколаївської … області, мережу по території України - на відстані не більше 300 км дорогами загального державного та обласного значення з метою забезпечення безперервного заправлення автомобілів. Якість Товару повинна відповідати екологічним нормам ЄВРО – 5, Державним стандартам України, технічним вимогам заводу виробника та вимогам ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови» або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива (затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927). Товар повинен відповідати температурному режиму експлуатації транспортних засобів в регіонах України. Строк дії талону - не менше 6ти місяців. Територія, на яку розповсюджується дія талону -вся Україна.
