Нафта і дистиляти (Бензин А-95 (Євро 5)

Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), талони (бланки внутрішнього обігу). Місце/умови поставки: Відпуск пального по талонам (бланках внутрішнього обігу) номіналом 10 літрів та 20 літрів повинен здійснюватися через автозаправні станції (АЗС), починаючи з дня отримання … талонів. Талони повинні бути єдиного уніфікованого зразка (єдиного бренду) для всієї мережі АЗС на яких учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника. Паливні талони єдиного уніфікованого зразка мають прийматися на усіх АЗС. Момент передачі талонів є момент переходу права власності на паливо, паливо залишається на зберіганні в Постачальника. Відпуск палива здійснюється на підставі пред'явлених талонів на АЗС цілодобово в робочі, вихідні та святкові дні. Талони мають бути паперовими або пластиковими. Повинні бути одноразового використання. Термін дії талонів повинен складати 1 рік. Учасник повинен бути зберігачем та зобов’язується зберігати придбане пальне до повного використання. Строки поставки: до 01.12.2023 року за заявкою Замовника у потрібній кількості. Товар має бути поставлений Постачальником Покупцю за власний рахунок з врахуванням всіх витрат, за окремим замовленням Покупця, виходячи з його фінансових можливостей та виробничих потреб. Замовлення направляється Постачальнику листом або інформується про потребу в телефонному режимі або за допомогою факсимільного зв’язку або на електронну пошту Постачальника. Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником протягом 5 (п'яти) робочих днів з дня направлення заявки Замовником. Учасник повинен мати розгалужену мережу власних та/або орендованих АЗС, на яких Замовник матиме можливість користуватися талонами, в т.ч. мати не менше 3 АЗС в м. Тернопіль та наявність АЗС на трасі Тернопіль-Рівне-Київ. Договір підписується відповідно до проекту договору замовника.
