Закупівля здійснюється керуючись Постановою Кабінету Міністрів від 12 жовтня 2022р №1178 "Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на … період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування (зі змінами та доповненнями). Інформація про товар: шпаклівка гіпсова старт, шпаклівка гіпсова фініш, грунтовка глибокого проникнення концентрат 1:4 для внутрішніх робіт, основа - акрилова. Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Місце поставки: 42500, Сумська обл., смт. Липова Долина , вул. Лікарняна,3. Умови оплати: 100% після оплата протягом 20 робочих днів з моменту поставки товару. Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись наступними документами: видаткова накладна; товарно - транспортна накладна; сертифікати відповідності та/або паспорт якості товару. Пересилка документів здійснюється за рахунок постачальника в обидві сторони. Ціна на товар, що пропонується учасником, повинна включати в себе витрати на транспортування, зберігання, страхування, вартість тари, упаковки і маркування тощо. Поставка товару до місця його використання повинна здійснюватися транспортом, що забезпечує зберігання, комплектність і якість товару.
