Cпосіб поставки товару: Товар постачається партіями транспортом, силами та за рахунок Постачальника на умовах DDP у відповідності до Правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс (у редакції 2010 р.) згідно усної заявки (телефоном) на відвантаження … Товару, або письмової заявки, яка надсилається Замовником на електронну пошту Постачальника, наведену у реквізитах Договору. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дня отримання заявки від Замовника. Умови транспортування Товару повинні відповідати характеру Товару. Постачальник забезпечує цілісність Товару, збереження його якості під час перевезення від місця відвантаження до місця поставки Товару. Товар постачається насипом або у пакуванні (мішки тощо). Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику Товар, якість якого відповідає вимогам чинного законодавства України до цієї категорії Товарів, державним стандартам і нормам, технічним вимогам, іншим вимогам, що пред’являються до Товару такого типу. Умови оплати: Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30-ти (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на підставі видаткової накладної. У разі затримки грошових коштів з джерела фінансування закупівлі розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання таких коштів на рахунок Замовника. Кінцевий строк подання постачальником ціни пропозиції: 25.10.2023 00:00.
