Умови оплати: післяплата на підставі Акта та виставленого Постачальником рахунку на оплату за розрахунковий період (календарний місяць), у строк, що не перевищує 7 (сім) банківських днів з моменту підписання Акта приймання-передачі електричної енергії. … Термін постачання електричної енергії до об’єктів споживача цілодобово та безперервно: з 23.10.2023 року по 31.12.2023 року включно. Ціна товару повинна включати в себе вартість послуг оператора системи передачі щодо надання послуг з передачі електричної енергії. Оплата оператору систем передачі по об’єктам Замовника здійснюється через електропостачальника (Учасника) та включаються до вартості електроенергії, що придбавається в рамках даної закупівлі. Клас напруги – 2. Група площадки вимірювання – «а», з АСКОЕ.
