Найменування товару: вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ (25-100). Кількість товару: 22 000 кг (22 т). Строк поставки: протягом 20 робочих днів з дня підписання Договору. Місце поставки: згідно з Додатком 2 до Договору. Спосіб поставки: Поставка здійснюється силами … та за рахунок Постачальника з використанням транспортних засобів Постачальника. В ціну Товару включено постачання, навантаження, зважування, транспортування, розвантажування Товару в складські приміщення (місця зберігання товару) Замовника, за адресами, зазначеними в Додатку 2 до Договору. Умови оплати товару: Розрахунки на товар здійснюються у безготівковій формі у національній валюті України, гривні, за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету, шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника згідно видаткової накладної. Замовник зобов’язується оплатити товар протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів після фактичного отримання товару від Постачальника. Технологічні, якісні характеристики товару: Повинні відповідати ДСТУ 7146 та ДСТУ 3472. - розмір кусків: 25-100 мм; - зольність на сухий стан палива: не більше 10 %; - загальна волога на робочий стан палива: не більше 10 %; - масова частка кусків розміром менше нижчої границі: не більше 12 %; - нижча теплота згоряння на робочий стан палива: не менше 6100 ккал/кг (25,539 МДЖ/кг); - показники якості, що характеризують безпечність вугілля: загальна сірка на сухий стан палива – не більше 3 % для збагаченого вугілля та не більше 4 % для незбагаченого вугілля, хлор на сухий стан палива – не більше 0,6 %, миш’як на сухий стан палива – не більше 0,02%. Кінцевий строк подання пропозицій: до 00:00 18.10.2023 р.
