Вироби медичного призначення за кодом ДК 021:2015 - 33140000-3 - Медичні матеріали (Пластир бактерицидний, Пластир медичний, Бинт марлевий медичний нестерильний 7м х 14см, тип марлі 17)

Поставка товару має здійснюватись за рахунок Постачальника протягом терміну, визначеного в п. 5.4 Договору. Доставка здійснюється за рахунок та засобами Постачальника з понеділка по п’ятницю, з 09-00 до 15-00 години, за адресою: вул. Леоніда Жаботинського … буд. 32, м. Запоріжжя, Запорізька область, 69035. Постачальник гарантує Покупцю, що запропонований товар не має походження з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь. Термін придатності товару має бути максимальним, але не менш ніж 75% загального терміну придатності на момент поставки.
