Поставка товару здійснюється Постачальником в погоджені Сторонами строк (термін) на умовах DAP – склад Покупця (згідно із Офіційними правилами тлумачення торгівельних термінів Міжнародної торгової палати «ІНКОТЕРМС» (в редакції, що діє на дату підписання … Договору) із урахуванням особливостей визначених в Договорі, якщо інше не визначено Сторонами в відповідних документах, за наступною адресою: м. Вінниця, Вінницька область, 21020, Україна, але в жодному разі, не пізніше 5-и календарних днів з моменту отримання від Покупця замовлення щодо поставки відповідної партії товару. У випадку розбіжностей між умовами цього Договору та умовами «ІНКОТЕРМС», умови Договору мають переважну силу. Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється Покупцем Постачальнику протягом 15-и (п’ятнадцять) робочих днів з дати поставки товару Покупцю.
