1. Постачальник зобов’язаний видати протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання договору, разом з видатковою накладною на Товар, бланки-дозволи на всю кількість товару згідно цього договору. Вибірка Товару Замовником відбувається на підставі … виключно Бланків-дозволів (талони номіналом 10 л.). 2. Термін дії бланків Талонів становить 12 (дванадцять) місяців, від дати передачі їх Замовнику. У разі закінчення терміну дії невикористаних дозволів (талонів), Постачальник здійснює їх обмін, без додаткової оплати, на такий самий період. Кількість заміни бланків талонів у разі закінчення терміну дії невикористаних дозволів (талонів) – необмежена. 3. Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних або орендованих автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) в кожній області України, окрім тимчасово окупованих територій, та не менше 30 АЗС у м.Києві.
